Typical Loan Terms
Every deal will depend on the investor, location, and the asset itself; but typically, Indicate Capital’s lending terms will fall within the following terms;
- 1-3-year notes
- Up to 85% Loan To Cost ratio (LTC)
- Interest-only (monthly) payments
- 1-3% Commercial Fees
- 0% Residential Fees
Once all necessary information is collected on the property and borrower, Indicate Capital can issue a term sheet that will outline basic terms and expected timing.
