A lot of the projects that we have shared recently were big deals in terms of square footage.  This month we are sharing a smaller project that had a purchaser price under $400k while still being located near one of Denver’s best neighborhoods.  This two bedroom, one bath, property is under 1000 square feet.  The investor could open up the main room a little, but had to get creative with the kitchen and space available.  The upgrades really helped this home show nicely when it was time for sale.
