This Mid-Century remodel turned out to be stunning. James Ream initially designed the Property for the previous owners. The large windows fit his style and blend the indoor/outdoor ambiance and lighting. Ream was also the architect for the Colorado Convention Center in Denver.

Our investor created a beautiful new chapter for this property. They added walnut veneer cabinets and quartz countertops to complement the original hardwood flooring. All of the large custom windows were upgraded, and a modern movie theatre room was even added. In total, the remodel added another bedroom and over 600 sqft of living space. The new owner should enjoy the contemporary features for years to come!
