Our borrower did a fantastic job on this fix and flip in Centennial, CO.  The house features 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, and a finished basement.  Windows were replaced throughout the entire home and there is a Tesla solar system to reduce grid power.  The hot water heater, furnace, and air conditioner were also all replaced.  The quarter-acre lot sits on a quiet cul-de-sac and is within walking distance to the local park.  New appliances, paint, and cabinets create an inviting living space.

This fix and flip was a quick turn around and the contract dates were just under 60 days apart. The borrower created some curb appeal with some fresh landscaping, paint, and entryway. The interior paint and flooring were a much-needed turnaround as well. The biggest selling points were probably the updates to the kitchen and bathrooms. This house sold over the asking price and was under contract the day after it was listed. Congratulations to our borrower on a job well done!

This fix and flip project followed the 3 rules of real estate… LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION.  Our borrower found a great opportunity in a great neighborhood.  The project added another bathroom to the property and a facelift.  Some of the improvements included a new roof, stainless steel appliances, upgraded kitchen and bath, paint inside and out, and an outdoor firepit for entertaining.
